Nutrients for your Botanium
It might seem logical that the more nutrients the plant get, the faster it will grow. In reality, a plant can only absorb a certain amount of nutrients. This amount depends on the type of plant (herbs vs. tomatoes for instance) or the stage the plant is in (seedling vs. flowering). Adding too much nutrients will draw out water from the plant and slowly kill it.
The nutrients included in the kit will last for at least 4-5 months. You can buy more nutrients from our web shop or your preferred gardening store, ask for hydroponic nutrients.
Maintenance
- Refill the tank when the water level gets low. Make sure to always add nutrients (4 full pipettes/1 full water tank) to the water when refilling.
- Every other month, pour out all of the old water and rinse the inside of the water tank.
- If the roots grow past the bottom of the grow container, cit or pull of the root parts that extend past the container.
- If you grow tomatoes, chili or any other fruiting plant - does 4 full pipettes per full water tank as soon as flowers appear.

Hi, do you have a link to a list of ingredients or a link to test results so I know what I’m adding to my clean, pure water? I’d hate to add anything that might contain heavy metals or other contaminants that aren’t being disclosed. Thanks.
