As it automatically waters the plant every three hours, and the excess water is drained away, you will never again water too little or too much.

Botanium has a water tank that can last up to 6 weeks - just refill it when you see the water level turns low!
Quick growth
Because the plant grows in a highly porous growing medioum instead of soil, the plant gets the optimum ratio of water and moisture, together with fresh nutrients.
This allows for an amazing growth rate.

How it works
Add water
Use regular tap water and add a little bit of nutrients. (included with the Botanium)
Plant seeds
Fill the growing container with the growing medium, rinse it, and plant seeds.
Connect it
Connect it to an outlet (or USB port) and Botanium will take it from there!
Home hydroponics
Hydroponics is simply growing without soil. Roots need water, nutrients and oxygen, all of which can be provided in a more efficient way than in soil.
Botanium's porous growing medium absorbs a lot of water, while also providing an aerated environment for the roots. The benefit of this is not only quicker growth and more control, but it is also a simpler approach to growing.
The included nutrients are easily added with a pipette and the amount you need to add depends on the plants you are growing.

Only about 5 mW in average during a day. Since the pump is controlled by a timer, and only is active for a few minutes per day, it uses very little power.
