Order Processing: Your order is immediately sent to our fulfillment center upon placement. US orders will be sent from our US warehouse and all other orders are shipped from Sweden.

This phase includes verifying your order, any custom requirements, conducting a quality check, and packaging. This process usually takes between 1 to 3 business days.


Tracking Information: After your order has been processed, we'll send you a tracking link in a separate email. This allows you to monitor your shipment in real-time.


Delivery Time: This is the time it takes for your order to travel from our warehouse to your doorstep. Once the order has been processed, we dispatch it via reliable shipping services with tracking capabilities.


US/Canada: 2-5 days

Europe: 3-5 days

Other: 7 days

International Duties: Please be aware that any international customs duties incurred upon your order's arrival are your responsibility. Botanium is not liable for these charges. We advise checking with your local customs office for more details on these charges.
